WHAT SPORT IS THIS TRAINING FOR?
While our training is currently most popular for baseball athletes, classes are designed for ALL sports.
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
Classes are 50 minutes long.
WHAT IF I AM ONLY ABLE TO TRAIN ONE DAY A WEEK?
For optimal results, we require our athletes to train at least two times a week. If you need a more flexible option, we suggest our one-on-one training program.
DO YOU HAVE TO PLAY A SPORTÂ TO PARTICIPATE?
You do not. Fitness is for everyone!
DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL CLASS IF I’M NOT SURE THAT I WANT TO JOIN?
Since spots are limited, you must contact Coach Donte' in order to set up a time to drop-in for one trial class.
WILLÂ THIS TRAINING HELP ME THROW HARDER FOR BASEBALL?

Classes are designed to get you in your best athletic shape.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A CLASS?
Attendance is very important. There will be no make-up classes. If you miss your two scheduled classes for the week, it's a loss.

WHAT DOES THIS CLASS CONSIST OF?
We believe in taking a well-round approach to see complete athletic improvement.
Every class will consist of Mobility, Agility/Footwork, Speed Training, Power Training and Strength Training.
