WHAT SPORT IS THIS TRAINING FOR?
Training is for ALL sports.
HOW MUCH DOES TRAINING COST?
One Monthly Hybrid Athlete Pass is $140.This price could change so reach out to coach prior to signing up.
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
Classes are 60 minutes long.
WHAT IF I AM ONLY ABLE TO TRAIN ONE DAY A WEEK?
There are limited spots available for those who can only train once a week. Contact Coach Donte' for more information.
DO YOU HAVE TO PLAY A SPORT TO PARTICIPATE?
You do not. Fitness is for everyone :)
DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP IF I’M NOT SURE THAT I WANT TO JOIN?

Classes are designed to get you in your best athletic shape.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A CLASS?
Attendance is very important. There will be no make-up classes. (Unless class is canceled by Coach.) If you miss, unfortunately, it's a loss. Come to the next class and work harder.
WHAT DOES THIS CLASS CONSIST OF?
We believe in taking a well-round approach to see complete athletic improvement.
Every class will consist of Mobility, Agility/Footwork, Speed Training, Power Training and Strength Training.
